On 16 September 2019, a final injunction order was made by the High Court of Justice (CLAIM NO.: PT-2019-000236) prohibiting anyone from trespassing on the site known as and located at THE CITY PRIDE, 15 WESTFERRY ROAD, LONDON E14 8JH. The injunction will remain in place until 30 September 2021. Anyone in breach of the injunction will be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.
